Jeff Peach
Program Director
Jeff has 12 years of experience coaching high-performance youth baseball athletes in Calgary. He grew up playing baseball in Calgary and spent his collegiate career with the University of Calgary Dinos and the Edmonton Prospects of the WCBL. After a brief international stint, Jeff focused on coaching and building his athletic therapy practice. He specializes in shoulder and elbow rehabilitation for the general public and overhead athletes of all ages. Jeff has been featured for his work on throwing performance with CFL quarterbacks. Alongside his Certified Athletic Therapist designation, he is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has been building programs for baseball athletes of all ages and training levels for the past five years. He is forward-thinking regarding the utilization of technology and new training methods but still maintains some old-school values and strives to find a successful blend that will help athletes reach the next level of their playing careers.

Chris Reitsma
Pitching Coordinator
Senior Director of Operations
Chris Reitsma was the first Canadian baseball player to be drafted in the 1st round of the MLB draft. Reitsma played for the Boston Red Sox, Cincinnati Reds, Atlanta Braves, and the Seattle Mariners. He is the Pitching Coach for the Canadian Junior National Team and a Canadian Scout for the Kansas City Royals. He also pitched for Team Canada in the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympic Games.

Cole Armstrong
Hitting Coordinator
College Prep Head Coach
Born in Surrey, B.C. Cole spent his collegiate career with the University of Kansas Jayhawks and Chipola College before being drafted by the Atlanta Braves in 2003. He spent ten years in the Minor Leagues with the Braves and Chicago White Sox, working as high as AAA before transitioning into a hitting coach and manager in the White Sox Minor League system in 2014. In 2016, Cole was awarded the Charles Lubin Award by Chicago for displaying superior judgment, player communication, motivation, and teaching skills in the pursuit of excellence.

Matt Korman
Catching Coordinator
Communications Advisor Wildcats Baseball
Born and raised in Calgary, Matthew has 15 years of baseball experience, including four years of volunteer and 4 additional years of coaching in Baseball Alberta. He initially attended Minot State University to pursue baseball. Matthew returned to Calgary after two years to continue his Communications degree at the University of Calgary. While at the University of Calgary, he had the opportunity to continue playing baseball for the Dinos and was awarded second-team all-conference catcher in 2019. In the summer of 2019, he also played for the Yorkton Cardinals in the WCBL and was named to the Eastern Conference All-Star team.

Noah Or
Strength and Conditioning Coach
15U Division Coordinator
Noah attended the University of British Columbia from 2018 - 2023; while obtaining his Kinesiology degree, Noah also played on the UBC Thunderbirds baseball team, where he was a fundamental part of the team's success. While studying and playing collegiate baseball, Noah also coached the UBC Thunderbirds PBL team. During his lengthy tenure at UBC, Noah played 159 games, recording 170 hits, 32 doubles, and 11 home runs. Defensively, Noah was rock solid for the Thunderbirds, even having a perfect fielding percentage during the 2019/20 campaign.

Josh Trybuch
Infield Coordinator
Josh has over 15 years of playing and coaching experience in Calgary baseball. He played in Calgary for Cal-West Little League, the Calgary Redbirds, and the Calgary Jr. Dinos. His baseball career then took him to Wheaton College (MA) in Norton, Massachusetts, where he was a 4-year member of the varsity baseball team. He was coached by one of the winningest coaches in D3 history. During his time there, he reached 3 NCAA tournaments and the College World Series in 2017. Since graduating, Josh has returned home to Calgary and coached at the 18U AAA level of Baseball Alberta for the last four years. He loves learning all he can about baseball to ensure the people he coaches can maximize their potential. Josh takes pride in having fun on the field to ensure that each player he coaches enjoys the game as much as he does.

Mike Ozga
Hitting Specialist
BAEL Coach
Growing up in Red Deer, Mike played his minor baseball for the Red Deer Braves. He attended the University of Calgary, where he played for five years, which included two seasons in the WCBL with the Edmonton Prospects and Melville Millionaires. After graduating, Mike moved into a coaching position with U of C as their hitting coach and Junior Varsity Head Coach. On top of coaching, Mike has also been an umpire for the past 12 years and has been assigned to 2 Western Canadian Championships. During the day, Mike works as a data administrator with Webber Academy. Mike is always looking for new training methods, technologies, and ideas to further the development of the athletes he works with.

Nelson Lipszyc
Pitching Specialist
BAEL Coach
Nelson grew up playing baseball in the Calgary area for several teams, where he was fortunate to learn from and work with several high-level, professional players and coaches. He attended Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC, where he pitched for three years for the TRU Wolfpack and the Kamloops Sun Devils of the Pacific International League. He has since returned home to Calgary, where he finished his Kinesiology and Education degrees at the University of Calgary. He now teaches Junior High Physical Education and Health at Webber Academy. While at the University of Calgary, he shifted his focus towards coaching and became heavily involved with many different teams and programs, including coaching at the AAA level of Baseball Alberta for the last five years. He considers himself to be a student of the game, always striving to take in as much information as he can and find ways he can implement it to help benefit his athletes.

Marcus Coderre
Coach
Marcus has five years of experience coaching high-performance baseball in Calgary. Marcus grew up in Calgary playing baseball across different organizations with many great coaches, learning lessons he implements into his coaching. Marcus is working on his degrees in Kinesiology and Education while playing third base on the University of Calgary Dino's baseball team. Marcus is passionate about improving baseball players, values hard work, and has a passion for the game, all while having fun. He is also very interested in the benefits technology can bring to baseball and is always looking to enhance his knowledge of the game.

SEAN GAFFNEY
Infield Specialist
Sean Gaffney joins the Wildcats this year, bringing four years of NAIA and NJCAA baseball experience! During his collegiate career, Sean played for Eastern Oregon State College, Frank Phillips State College and Lamar Community College. Sean is a NCCP and USA Baseball certified coach. He has spent the last three years coaching in Baseball Alberta.

Austin Guzzo
Program Logistics Coordinator
Austin played college baseball at the University of Iowa. The experience Austin brings to Webber includes: 2017 Big Ten Tournament Championship, 2 NCAA Regional Appearances, 2016 All-Big Ten Tournament Team Selection, and 2015 Freshman of the Week.
High School Experience: 2012-2014 Ontario Blue Jays 2012 Tournament 12 All-Star Team Selection.

Lee Fiala
Coach
Lee began his coaching career as a volunteer coach in Calgary and has since earned 4 years of competitive baseball coaching experience. He played college baseball at Iowa Wesleyan College. He transferred to the University of Calgary to finish his B.Com degree, where he also competed with the Dinos Baseball Team for three seasons.

Ben Matheson
Coach
Ben was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, where he played Cal-West Little League before moving to Katy, Texas, where he played high school baseball for James E. Taylor High School. Upon returning to Calgary, he played for the Calgary Jr. Dinos. Initially signing to play college football out of high school, Ben had a change of heart and decided to stick with baseball and play collegiately for Brock University. After graduating with a degree in Sport Management, Ben returned to Calgary and immediately went into coaching, starting at the 15u level and working his way up to 18u.

Kevin Floyd
Coach
Kevin grew through the baseball ranks in Calgary, working his way from Rocky Mountain Little League to the Calgary Junior Dinos program. His high school baseball career is highlighted by an appearance on the 2016 Team Alberta Canada Cup roster and two standout college years at the Prairie Baseball Academy in Lethbridge as a pitcher and first baseman. Being with the Wildcats since the beginning, Kevin has coached in the 15u program. Kevin is currently in the Master of Science in Physical Therapy program at the University of Alberta. In the future, he hopes this knowledge will be a tool for all youth athletes to utilize in their rehabilitation and sports performance.

Austin Doris
Coach
Austin Doris grew up playing baseball in Edmonton with the St. FX Academy and SEEBA. After 1 year at Lake Region State College, he transitioned into coaching. He spent 4 years as the Head Coach of SJP 18U AA before accepting the role of 13U AAA Head Coach with the Black Gold 47s. Upon leading that team to a winning record 10 games over 0.500, Austin relocated to Calgary and spent the 2023 season with the Wildcats in a roving role with the 18U and 15U programs.

CONNOR DREVER
Coach
Connor joined the Wildcats coaching staff for the 2023 season as a Practicum Student. Coaching with the JV program Connors positivity and keen desire to assist in player development was a massive asset to the Wildcats program. In 2024 Connor rejoined the Wildcats staff as an assistant coach with the 15U AA team. Connor considers himself a student of the game and is excited to continue growing his knowledge of baseball and sharing his passion for the game with Wildcats players.

ZACH WORDEN
Coach
Zach was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, playing baseball from a young age Zach was part of the Centennial Little League team that represented Canada at the 2013 Junior League World Series. Through high school Zach played Babe Ruth Baseball and later joined the U of C Dinos while pursuing his Journalism degree at Mount Royal University. After graduation, Zach moved to Centennial College in Ontario to complete the Post-Graduate Sports Journalism certification. While in Ontario Zach continued to play baseball with the Centennial College Colts. Zach brings with him 5 years of coaching experience including 3 years as a travel team manager and head coach.
